Session times

Most workshops run during evenings (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM) and Saturday mornings. We'll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.

How do I book a session?

Use the booking form on our homepage, or email us directly with your preferred program and available dates.

Can I attend multiple programs?

Absolutely. Many participants start with one program and add others as their needs evolve.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, for families booking multiple sessions or organizations bringing groups of 5 or more.

What if I need to reschedule?

Just let us know at least 48 hours before your session and we'll find a new time that works.

Are sessions available online?

We primarily run in-person sessions for better interaction, but we can arrange online options for those unable to travel to Leeds.

What should I bring?

Just yourself and an open mind. We provide all materials, though you're welcome to bring a notebook if you prefer handwritten notes.
